About Tuan

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Tuan Quoc Le got his film education by working at his local movie theater, attending film school at Syracuse University and collaborating with fellow filmmakers. After starting his professional scripted editing career working on all five seasons of The CW’s iZombie, Tuan went on to edit television shows such as Love, Victor (Hulu), The Wilds (Amazon), Echoes (Netflix), Goosebumps (Disney+) and High Potential (ABC).

In addition to editing, Tuan has worked as a cinematographer on dozens of short films and web-series, as well as the feature horror-comedy, Crush the Skull, which won the “Nightfall” genre award at the 2015 Los Angeles Film Festival.

Tuan has also directed several short films, including 127 Minutes as a part of Visual Communications "Armed With a Camera" fellowship, Eventually, which was nominated for several awards including Best Comedy Short at NewFilmmakers LA's "Best Of" Festival and Care Less, which screened at the LA Asian Pacific Film Festival in May 2019.

Tuan is also an alumni of the Warner Bros. Television Director’s Workshop and went on to direct two episodes of the television series iZombie.

Most recently, Tuan edited a 70’s spy thriller television series starring Emilia Clarke for Peacock titled PONIES which will be released in early 2026. He also co-edited the horror film “The Red Mask” which premiered at FrightFest UK and is currently touring the festival circuit.

When he’s not in an editing bay or behind the camera, you can find Tuan doing deep dives into haute horology, cycling up a mountain or eating an obscene amount of food.
